The ideal candidate is punctual, dependable, detail-oriented, and maintains a clean driving record. This position involves lifting heavy loads, driving company vehicles, and complying with safety policies across sites.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong punctuality and attendance record.
• Basic understanding of hand tools and construction materials.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming HVAC and plumbing materials.
• Maintain organized shelving, inventory areas, and staging zones.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking.
• Prepare daily job materials and equipment for field crews.
• Track and label materials accurately.
• Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
• Pick up parts from supply houses and vendors.
• Assist technicians with material loading/unloading.
• Transport equipment between branches or project locations.
• Return unused materials and ensure proper documentation.
• Operate company vehicles safely and professionally.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle.
• Follow all DOT and company driving policies.
• On-time attendance daily.
• Accurate and organized material handling.
• Safe driving with zero preventable incidents.
• Strong communication with field teams.
• Maintain clean and orderly warehouse environment.
