Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise janitorial staff during the assigned shift.
• Assign daily cleaning duties and monitor employee performance.
• Ensure warehouse floors, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures, equipment, chemicals, and safety requirements.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory needs replenishment.
• Follow all warehouse safety rules and janitorial procedures.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, damages, or other concerns to management.
• Complete daily checklists, inspections, and required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse management and the janitorial team.
• Address attendance, performance, and operational issues as needed.
• Ensure the team follows company policies and customer expectations.
