Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Janitorial Site Supervisor in Dublin, OH. This full-time role requires leading a team in a fast-paced environment and ensuring safety compliance, with shifts including 5am-1:30pm and weekends.

Starting pay is $21 per hour, plus benefits. The supervisor will support the Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations teams, manage schedules, and ensure clean, safe spaces across warehouses and offices.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented with a positive demeanor and ability to motivate the team.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals, and chemical safety data sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team and Field Operations Team by responding efficiently to escalations.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and other areas as needed.
• Follow Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Split up shifts among the team and shift lead to cover daily schedules.
• Deliver feedback on ongoing activities with timely escalation reporting to management.
