Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Warehouse Janitorial Lead to supervise a fast-paced cleaning crew in our distribution center environment. You will lead a team, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards across all areas.

The position offers full-time hours, weekends as needed, and starting pay of $20 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off. Prior supervisory janitorial experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environments strongly preferred.
• 4+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and chemical safety sheets (English; Spanish where required).

Responsibilities

• Ability to lead a team in a complex task-oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Provides direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team and KBS Field Operations Team by responding efficiently to escalations.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and other areas as needed.
• Follows Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Supports callouts by covering daily operations schedules with the team and shift lead.
• Delivers feedback on ongoing activities with timely escalation reporting to KBS Management.
