Job summary

C&S Wholesale Services, LLC in Miami, FL is hiring for a full-time janitorial position to keep the warehouse and offices clean and safe. You will perform duties from sweeping and mopping to supporting floor care, handling spills, and ensuring proper waste disposal. Shift is 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with weekly pay and strong benefits.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate reliability, initiative, and a safety-first mindset in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Job Description

• Earn $18 per hour
• 1st Shift (6:00 am to 2:30 pm)
• 3300 NW 123rd St. Miami, FL

You will contribute by:

• Providing and maintaining a clean and safe work environment by acting as a custodian / janitor - Performing janitorial duties such as cleaning the entire warehouse, including office space, employee break areas, windows and restrooms
• Maintaining good housekeeping by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing and waxing floors - Occasionally pulling product out of pick slots using an electric pallet jack to clean with a scrubber and returning product
• Tending to spills including damaged product, oil, grease, etc.
• Collecting plastic wrap, shredded paper, and empty boxes to be disposed of properly
• Following all material handling equipment safe operating procedures
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
• Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
