Harbor Freight Tools in Dillon, SC is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support a large warehouse environment. You will configure and troubleshoot desktops, handheld scanners, access points, and warehouse networking within a Windows Active Directory environment.

The role includes weekend and night maintenance, disaster recovery planning, documentation, and providing escalation support to the Technical Infrastructure Group.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Windows Active Directory environments.
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers and peripheral devices.
• Willingness to participate in weekend/night/alternate shift maintenance as required.

Responsabilités

• Support a large warehouse environment.
• Configure/troubleshoot desktops and applications.
• Assist staff with installation and ongoing usability of desktop computers and software.
• Configure/troubleshoot handheld scanners, Access Points, and warehouse networking.
• Replace failed hardware for warehouse wireless support at height.
• Provide escalation support to Technical Infrastructure Group.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing and response.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on hardware.
• Troubleshoot network issues to isolate common problems.
