Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Business Analyst, IT Applications to bridge Distribution Operations with IT and support the systems that run our distribution centers. You will partner with warehouse users and technical teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement technology solutions across operations.

Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, supporting WMS and ERP applications, and participating in system enhancements, testing, and UAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, engineering, or supply chain.
• 2–5 years supporting warehouse/distribution IT applications.
• Experience with WMS (Manhattan preferred) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with distribution and warehouse stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into system solutions.
• Support and enhance WMS and ERP applications used across distribution centers.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues with business users and tech teams.
• Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and implementations, including documenting requirements and UAT.
• Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials for new functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on projects to improve warehouse operations.
• Participate in on-call support rotation for production systems.
