Colonial Group is seeking an IT Solutions Analyst to support and optimize enterprise applications across Finance, HR, and Operations. You will gather requirements, configure systems, and drive workflow automation using low‑code tools, ensuring data integrity and smooth user experiences.
You will act as Scrum Master for initiatives, facilitate UAT, and provide Tier 1/2 support. A IT/CS background and 3–5 years’ enterprise app experience are preferred.
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/MIS or related field.
- 3–5 years supporting enterprise applications (HRIS/ERP/CRM).
- Experience with Salesforce and Dayforce required.
- Configuring enterprise apps, APIs and integrations; data integrity.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and iterative delivery.
Responsabilidades
- Serve as system administrator and primary internal support resource for enterprise applications (Salesforce, Dayforce, NetSuite, Axiom, Concur, Ramp).
- Act as Super User for Salesforce and Dayforce; coordinate with Finance and vendors.
- Liaise between business users and third-party vendors for supported apps.
- Support upgrades, releases, and vendor coordination activities.
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and data integrity across systems.
- Design, build, and maintain low-code workflow automations across modules.
