Job summary

Wikoff in Salisbury, NC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure accurate material handling, inventory control, and safe storage practices. The role reports to the Logistics & Warehouse Manager and supports inbound and outbound material flow while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will coordinate with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams, monitor housekeeping, assist in training staff, and drive improvements to reduce discrepancies and optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• 5–7 years of warehouse or material handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with inventory control systems and ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety and storage best practices.
• Ability to coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, staging, and material movement.
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions and ERP updates for all material movements.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to support workflow priorities.
• Monitor warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation effortsIdentify and address material handling or storage inefficiencies.
• Assist in training staff on proper warehouse procedures and safety standards.
• Other duties assigned by management.
