Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation is seeking a Project Supervisor to manage storage, inventory, and warehouse support for the DLA Distribution MSO at Susquehanna, PA. The role focuses on accurate receiving, stowing, packing, and shipment preparation in line with SOPs.

The position requires coordinating daily workload with the government TPOC, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining quality control procedures while supporting multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to obtain NAC IT level III background check for CAC.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a SECRET clearance if required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manages and executes proper physical and systemic storage, inventory, and stock readiness functions.
• Over-the-counter material pick-up and disposal per SOPs.
• Provides warehouse support to all customers supported by DLA MSO at Susquehanna, PA.
• Plans daily workload with TPOC and assigns contractor staff.
• Ensures acceptance metrics and QC procedures are maintained.
• Operates MHE and enforces Olgoonik safety culture.
