Job summary

Olgoonik is seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee storage, inventory and warehouse readiness at the New Cumberland, PA site, coordinating material handling, receiving, stowage and shipment preparation.

You will plan daily work with the government TPOC, verify materials against documents, operate MHE, enforce QA procedures and safety, and support customers. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a SECRET clearance are required; a valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lb are needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Ability to obtain NAC/IT background check and pass security screening.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery.

Responsibilities

• Manages storage, inventory, and shipment preparation.
• Handles over-the-counter material pickup and disposal per SOPs.
• Provides warehouse support to DLA MSO operations.
• Plans daily workload with the government TPOC.
• Ensures material accuracy against documents and reports discrepancies.
• Maintains QA procedures and safety standards.
