Job summary

RS Integrated Supply in Memphis, TN is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage on-site stock, receiving, stocking, and inventory accuracy. You will interface with clients, process ERP entries, and support Kanban and cycle counts in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures. Day shifts with field-based inventory support are offered, at $18.50 per hour and benefits as applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and phone skills.
• Basic computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn part identification and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow all site Safety and Security Procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers and report concerns.
• Unpack purchased material and verify against packing slip and PO.
• Enter receiving and inventory information into ERP or other systems.
• Issue materials to clients and manage staging and kitting as required.
• Place received material into storage locations and perform tagging and handling.
• Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies for resolution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct relocations in ERP.
