Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Be able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance as required.
• Two years of warehouse experience, to include inventory, staging, packing, storage and shipping of electronic equipment.
• Operate motor vehicles and material handling equipment.
• Utilize computer-based inventory and bar-coding system for entry, identification, and tracking of material.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
• Pass pre-employment background check and pre-hire drug test.
• Preferred: CMPRO Inventory database and Forklift Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in verification of materials against receiving documents and report discrepancies.
• Process material in automated inventory management system.
• Route and assign material to storage locations.
• Store, stack, and palletize materials per storage methods and update system records.
• Take inventory of stored materials to identify discrepancies.
• Assist facility personnel in obtaining correct inventory stock numbers and validating customer requests.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to load/unload trucks and move material.
• Maintain a hazard-free workspace with daily cleanup and organization.
• Manage storage of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).
• Communicate material arrivals to appropriate facility personnel and prepare DTO and DD1149 documents for shipping.
