Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order processing, picking, packing and shipping. The role emphasizes accuracy, hands‑on work, and safe operation of material‑handling equipment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2 years warehouse experience, proficiency with inventory systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift certification and Great Plains experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years warehouse experience with receiving, picking, packing and shipping.
• Experience processing orders in an inventory system.
• Experience with stock checks and cycle counts.
• Able to operate pallet jacks, rolling racks and forklifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive inbound shipments including POs and RMAs.
• Inventory and catalog incoming products.
• Pick, package and ship outbound orders.
• Process purchase and sales orders in inventory system.
• Locate inventory and perform stock checks.
• Conduct cycle counts and support accuracy.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and assist with needs.
