Job summary

Polyzen is a leading developer and manufacturer of polymer-based materials for the medical device industry. The Warehouse Operator role supports the site’s manufacturing warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, staging, data entry, and ERP system usage.

The position requires FIFO inventory management, cycle counts, and accuracy in documentation. On-site, standard 1st shift hours apply, with various warehouse-related duties and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience in manufacturing.
• 1–2 years experience with UPS/FedEx shipping and label machines.
• Experience with international shipping and required shipping documentation – Proforma and Bill of Ladens.
• Experience with cycle counts, lot tracing, and monitoring material expiration dates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, IQMS and ERP software.
• Non-expired Driver’s License and Tow Motor Experience.
• Certified forklift and pallet jack operator preferred.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain FIFO control of inventory and enter transactions in ERP with bar code tracking.
• Manage the movement of goods from receipt to shipment and staging areas.
• Organize, stock, and maintain inventory levels accurately.
• Participate in cycle counts and improve inventory accuracy.
• Assist in managing expiring inventory and timely dispositions.
• Inspect incoming raw material and outgoing product for defects.
• Verify packing slips and shipping locations for accuracy.
• Provide status updates in Ship on Time meetings.
• Assist in hazardous material handling and safety checks.
