Job summary

Polyzen, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support medical manufacturing warehouse operations.

You will handle receiving, shipping, staging, and data entry in the ERP system, while maintaining FIFO inventory and ensuring traceability through lot numbers and expiration dates. The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience in manufacturing, experience with UPS/FedEx shipping and label machines, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma is required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1–2 years of experience with UPS/FedEx shipping and label machines.
• Experience with international shipping and required shipping documentation — Proforma and Bill of Ladens.
• Experience in cycle counts, lot-number tracing, and monitoring expiration dates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP software (IQMS) or other business software.
• Non‑expired driver’s license and tow motor experience.
• Certified forklift and pallet jack operator preferred.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain first in–first out control of inventory and document material lot numbers and expiration dates.
• Manage the movement of goods from receipt to shipment across staging areas.
• Organize, stock, and maintain inventory levels accurately.
• Participate in cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Assist in managing expiring inventory and timely dispositions.
• Inspect incoming raw materials and outgoing products for defects or damage.
• Ensure accurate packing slips and verification of part numbers and shipping locations.
• Provide shipment status updates in cross‑functional meetings.
• Assist in hazardous material handling and disposal.
• Conduct safety checks on packaging, racks, and equipment.
