Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy. You will perform a complete physical inventory count, conduct cycle counts, manage inbound and outbound inventory, and maintain accurate inventory records within an ERP system.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience and is comfortable with inventory management systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in warehouse or inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with receiving, shipping and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Perform and reconcile 100% physical inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Execute regular cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain inventory records within an ERP system (NetSuite experience preferred).
• Support warehouse organization and inventory control initiatives.
• Ensure materials are accurately labeled, stored, and tracked.
• 1+ years of warehouse, inventory, or materials management experience.
• Experience performing physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Understanding of receiving, shipping, and inventory management processes.
