Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC in Harmony Township, PA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and general maintenance. You will operate equipment, assist with loading and unloading, and ensure a safe, organized environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable attendance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; a valid U.S. driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Lifts up to 50 lbs (location dependent).
• Mechanically inclined for warehouse tasks.
• Strong math and reading skills for inventory and records.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Spanish language skills are valuable in our workforce.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general warehouse appearance and cleanliness.
• Keep accurate inventory records to minimize loss.
• Notify Warehouse Manager when stock is low and dispose of damaged goods per policy.
• Maintain forklift maintenance and service schedule.
• Monitor mileage and service on delivery vehicles.
• May drive a company vehicle as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain attendance.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
