Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of recent experience in receiving, storing, issuing and inventorying supplies, equipment and property.
• Knowledge of stock record systems and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Order, stock, issue and maintain records of materials, supplies and equipment.
• Assist Warehouse Supervisor in operation of a warehouse; receive, store, and issue items.
• Maintain records for inventories and cost allocations; prepare budget estimates.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and reports of materials received.
• Maintain stock locations and orderly stockroom and yard; may supervise storeroom workers; operate forklift and PC.
