Job summary

EBARA is seeking an experienced warehouse associate in Fremont, CA to perform shipping, receiving, stocking, and materials handling tasks. The role involves unloading trucks, verifying items, updating inventory, and preparing shipments with attention to safety and accuracy.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 35 lbs, wear required PPE, and work under direct supervision in a day shift. Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must lift 35 lbs.
• Ability to wear respirator, hearing protection, gloves, and eye protection.
• Cross-functional adaptability in dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and allocate to correct stock location.
• Unload trucks and check goods against PO/invoices.
• Maintain records of shipped/received goods and inspect packaging for damages.
• Break down pallets and unpack outer packaging with hand/power tools.
• Lift heavy items and operate a forklift if required.
• Post weights and shipping charges; prepare goods for shipment.
• Examine, stock, distribute materials in inventory and on lines.
• Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped; verify quantities.
• Receive orders into system and update inventory.
• Potentially prepare kitting packages for assembly production.
• Maintain safety as a top goal; follow safety policies.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment per EBARA policies.
