NextGen HR solutions in Fairfield, OH, is hiring an Inventory and Shipping Technician. You will verify inbound goods, pick and pack orders, and operate forklifts to stage pallets while prioritizing safety and accurate inventory from dock to door.

A high school diploma (preferred) and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. Basic computer literacy is expected, and the role offers first and second shifts at $15–$16 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior warehouse/logistics experience is beneficial.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
• Comfort with basic computer systems for inventory.

Responsabilités

• Process inbound goods: receive, inspect, and accurately sort materials.
• Fulfill orders: pick, pack, label, and prepare shipments with care.
• Manage stock: maintain accurate inventory and assist with replenishment.
• Run equipment: operate forklifts and pallet jacks responsibly.
• Own safety: keep aisles clear and work areas clean.
• Win together: collaborate to meet daily targets.
