Job summary

Next Gen HR Solutions in Fairfield, Ohio is seeking a dedicated Order Pick-Pack Specialist for full-time, temp-to-hire work. First shift pays $15 per hour; second shift pays $16 per hour.

You will prepare orders by picking, packing, labeling, and sorting products, and ensure accurate handling to support production and warehouse operations. Ideal candidates have reliable attendance and a safety-first mindset, with basic computer skills and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and ability to commit to the confirmed first-shift schedule.
• Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Safety-first mindset and readiness to learn processes.
• Experience in warehouse, production, packaging, fulfillment, or retail stockroom is helpful but not required.
• Forklift license not needed unless a later assignment specifically requires one.
• Basic computer skills.
