Next Gen HR Solutions in Fairfield, Ohio is hiring for a full-time, temp-to-hire role that powers production and warehouse flow. You will help packages get labeled, sorted, and shipped accurately and on time to support customers and business operations.

Expect second-shift opportunities with $16 per hour and first shift at $15 per hour. You’ll perform pick/pack, labeling, and basic quality checks, while maintaining a safe, organized workspace and collaborating with teammates to meet daily

Responsabilidades

• Execute pick/pack, labeling, sorting, and kitting to fulfill orders correctly.
• Stage and move materials to support production and warehouse throughput.
• Conduct basic quality verifications following documented instructions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace each shift.
• Collaborate with the team to meet safety, quality, and production targets.
