Insight Global is seeking a materials management professional for the Carlsbad, NM area. The role involves inventory control, SAP data entry for yard operations, and collaboration with SCM buyers to maintain accurate inventory levels.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience, proficiency with SAP, and the ability to travel 10–15% for training and site visits. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a valid driver's license is essential.

Responsabilités

• Conduct routine physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Enter all inbound and outbound movements in SAP for Carlsbad yard/warehouse.
• Create purchase requisitions for purchases and subcontracting.
• Collaborate with SCM buyers and operations regarding on-hand inventory.
• Assist with booking freight and other logistics.
• Understand and apply company EHS policies and regulatory guidelines (SOX, COPAS).
• Travel 10%–15% as required.

• Experience in Materials Management.
• Experience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong analytical, computer (MS Office suite), and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional working relationships.
• Ability to perform independently in both an office and field environment.
• Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic, multi-task, customer service environment.
• Good organization and time management skills.
• The top candidate will understand how to troubleshoot PO (purchase order) issues, cycle counting, transaction history, and able to drive occasionally to Midland for training for the day.
• Completing physical inventory counts to ensure compliance and inventory accuracy on a routine basis.
• SAP entry of all in and outbound movements for Carlsbad yard and warehouse.
• Purchase requisition creation for both purchases and subcontracting.
• Working closely with SCM buyers and operations regarding on hand inventory.
• Assisting with booking freight and other logistics.
• Understand and apply all company environmental, health and safety policies and principles.
• Maintain compliance with proper regulatory and guidelines: SOX, COPAS etc.
