Job summary

Group CBS in Seymour, CT is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support efficient order processing and inventory accuracy. You will receive and inspect shipments, operate material handling equipment, and keep the warehouse organized and safe.

This full-time, day-shift role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and requires a high school diploma or GED with 2–5 years warehouse experience. Electrical industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse to support safe and efficient operations.
• Assist with inventory management, including labeling, shelving, and tracking stock levels.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Follow safety guidelines and promptly report safety concerns.
• Communicate inventory and operational updates clearly with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inventory transactions and shipment details.
