XSE Group in Middletown, CT is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily distribution center operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role helps move products efficiently to meet customer delivery deadlines.

The position requires physical stamina, basic computer or RF scanner skills, and a keen eye for detail. Opportunities for forklift certification and advancement exist within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic English communication and numerical literacy.
• Proficiency with RF scanners or basic computer tasks.
• Prior warehouse or distribution experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
• Load/unload pallets and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain organized inventory locations and labeling.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Support returns processing and restocking activities.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping/receiving goals.
