Job summary

C.H. Guenther is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the warehouse team, oversee inventory control, and drive operations to budget. The role focuses on safety, quality, audit readiness, and adherence to company policies while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The position requires extensive supervisory experience in manufacturing, familiarity with ERP systems, and the ability to work extended hours. A relevant degree or diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five plus years’ direct supervisory experience in shipping and/or receiving in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in food manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF and AIB requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across organizational levels.
• Must be able to work extended hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse team leaders and cycle count personnel; ensure inventory control and budget adherence.
• Develop and manage annual budgets; optimize space, manpower and equipment utilization.
• Oversee audits, safety, quality and regulatory compliance; ensure training schedules are followed.
• Supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and coordinate cross-functional communications with departments and customers.
