Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing materials. You will lead a team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a safe working environment in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include supervising shipping/receiving, inventory management, and coordinating with other departments. Proficiency with WMS and MS Office is expected; forklift experience is a plus, as is bilingual ability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory role in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises shipping and receiving activities for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Performs transfers of finish goods, ingredients, raw materials, and supplies.
• Manages inventory through audits of finishes, ingredients, raw materials and equipment.
• Verify allocated quantities against actual shipments.
• Enter information into database and correct discrepancies.
• Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff; manage workflow and safety.
