Job summary

Equiliem in Ogden, UT is seeking a Warehouse Inventory & Materials Coordinator to support warehouse and production operations by receiving, inspecting, and distributing materials. You will manage inventory using computerized systems, select and assemble material kits, and deliver materials to production areas.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, familiarity with inventory systems, and SAP experience is preferred. On-site role, Monday–Friday, $19-$20/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus at least one year of related experience.
• Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory control.
• Familiarity with inventory procedures and computerized records.
• Basic Excel and Word proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• On-site work in Ogden, Utah with US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and organize incoming materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track material movement.
• Pick, prepare, and assemble material kits for production.
• Deliver materials to designated manufacturing areas.
• Process shipping/receiving transactions and update records.
• Verify quantities, weights, part numbers, and documentation.
• Prepare shipping paperwork and bills of lading.
• Read pick tickets, work orders, and requests.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as qualified.
• Coordinate with teams, suppliers, and departments to ensure material availability.
• Support inventory accuracy and daily logistics operations.
• Follow safety procedures and handling requirements.
