Job description

The Warehouse Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role ensures that warehouse operations align with company policies and comply with safety regulations. The Inventory Manager plays a critical role in maintaining optimal inventory levels, managing stock accuracy, and ensuring the integrity of the inventory system. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can lead a team, manage resources effectively, and implement processes to improve warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:
   • Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.
   • Implement and maintain inventory management systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
2. Warehouse Operations:
   • Develop and implement inventory processes and procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency.
   • Coordinate with departmental teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
   • Ensure that all warehouse inventory activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
3. Team Leadership:
   • Lead and manage a team of inventory warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
   • Schedule and allocate work assignments to ensure optimal warehouse operations.
