Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee the procurement, organization, tracking, and replenishment of both office and medical inventory. This role is critical to ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across administrative and clinical functions, maintaining optimal stock levels, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Office Inventory Management
  • Maintain and monitor stock levels for all office supplies, including stationery and consumables.
  • Collect and review orders to ensure timely delivery and restocking.
  • Implement inventory tracking systems to streamline usage and reduce waste.
  • Work with department heads to forecast supply needs and manage budgets accordingly.
Medical Inventory Management
  • Oversee the acquisition, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of medical items, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor expiration dates and implement first-in, first-out (FIFO) protocols.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Additional Duties
  • Develop and maintain inventory reports, KPIs, and dashboards for internal reporting.
  • Lead periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Work cross-functionally with procurement, finance, and clinical teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
