Qualified candidates must be U.S. citizens, pass a background check and drug screen, and have at least a high school diploma with one plus year of warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One+ year of warehouse/logistics operations experience preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets) and scanners.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally, read, write and comprehend work instructions in English.
• Forklift and/or MHE certification (or ability to obtain if required).
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound shipments.
• Verify bills of lading.
• Move and store shipments.
• Update database and records.
• Complete inventory reports and discrepancy notices as needed.
• Enter data into software and process material request documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments for asset transfer and transport shipments to predefined locations.
• Receive and verify quantity and quality of assets; update WMS database.
• Execute accurate transactions and maintain logs, labels, and audit trails.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE; perform inspections and basic preventive tasks.
