Job summary

Kalman & Company is seeking an experienced Supply Analyst to work onsite in Albany, GA, supporting a government client. The role focuses on inventory analysis, asset accountability, and coordination with DoD entities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Marine Corps logistics, strong data analysis skills, and hands-on experience with GCSS-MC and related DoD platforms. Nondiscretionary background checks apply; occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• 5+ years of Marine Corps supply chain or logistics experience.
• Experience with DoD IT platforms GCSS-MC, ELMS/DPAS, CATALYST, EMS, FLIS.
• GCSS-MC experience for requisitioning and inventory management.
• Strong data analysis skills, especially with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory data to assess accountability and condition of military equipment.
• Audit and perform physical inventories of stored assets.
• Maintain automated records of equipment flow to customers worldwide.
• Use DoD logistics IT systems to track asset movement and status.
• Prepare leadership reports on equipment metrics and trends.
