Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One+ year of warehouse/logistics operations experience preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets) and scanners.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally, read, write, and comprehend work instructions in English.
• Forklift and/or MHE certification (or ability to obtain if required).
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: Process inbound shipments, verify bills of lading, move and store shipments.
• Documentation: Complete inventory reports, discrepancy notices, and other documents; enter data into software; process material request documents for stock replenishment.
• Delivery/Logistics: Coordinate with internal departments for asset transfer; transport shipments to predetermined locations.
• Inventory Management: Receive and verify quantity/quality; update WMS; conduct cycle counts; track inventory levels and discrepancies; replenish inventory and stock shelves.
• Warehouse Maintenance Systems (WMS) and Data Entry: Execute accurate transactions; maintain logs, labels, and audit trails; use EMS, JACKS, FEDLOG, ILS-S handheld devices; escalate system issues.
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other MHE; validate shipment tri-wall inventory; follow certification requirements and safety rules.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized facility; adhere to OSHA and site rules; regulatory compliance (DOT/IATA for hazmat, FDA/GMP, ISO 9001/13485).
