Job summary

Technica LLC seeks to fill an Accounting Clerk I position to perform on a Government contract with a place of performance at Ft. Bliss, TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must be a US Citizen or US permanent resident for CAC eligibility (NACI).
• Experience leading a team in military supply or logistics environments (3+ years).
• Familiarity with GCSS-Army, LIS, CMOS; ability to generate reports in Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of technical management work related to depot, local, or other supply activities.
• Oversee warehouse sections and resolve customer issues or supply actions.
• Enforce and comply with SOPs and GCSS-Army system policies; adhere to Safety policies.
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws and Army regulations related to supply activities.
• Maintain stock control and communication with customers, units, and higher echelons; process SDRs and PQDRs.
• Assist Lead with work priorities, monthly reconciliations, and handling sensitive items; monitor GCSS-Army transactions.
• Lead workload assignment per supervisor guidance; monitor workflow backlog.
• Operate MHE and maintain a professional workstation and area.
