Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old
• Valid state driver’s license
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident for CAC eligibility (>3 years)
• Minimum 5 years of leadership and team-building experience at Technician/NCO level or higher
• Minimum 5 years of GCSS-Army experience

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of technical management work related to depot, local, or other supply activities
• Lead is the key assistant to the Supervisor with delegated authority
• Oversee warehouse sections and resolve customer issues or supply actions
• Act as communication bridge between team members and management
• Enforce SOPs and GCSS-Army policies and safety rules
• Maintain stock control and communicate with customers, units, and higher echelons
