Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our York, PA campus. You will supervise receiving and shipping, coach teams, and ensure accurate inventory and safety standards.

You'll collaborate with Transportation and Inventory Management, monitor staffing, and drive continuous improvement to optimize workflow and reduce waste while delivering top-notch service for our retail partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF devices.
• Familiarity with distribution or warehouse operations.
• Basic understanding of business and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to align associates with departmental and business goals.
• Flexibility to work required schedules, including varied shifts.
• Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -5°F to 90°F+ in a warehouse.
• Ability to read and understand written and numeric product identifiers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day receiving or shipping operations.
• Lead and coach associates with accountability.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and development of new and existing associates.
• Monitor daily staffing levels and adjust assignments to workload.
• Verify labor management assignments and oversee time and attendance.
• Partner with Transportation and Inventory Management to ensure smooth product flow.
• Provide accurate reporting and updates to campus leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste.
