Job summary

A&R Supply in Florida seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, and maintain accurate inventory to support service technicians, installers, and customers.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in warehouse management, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced HVAC-related environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Experience in HVAC, construction, plumbing, electrical, or distribution industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and Excel.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Coordinate timely receipt and distribution of materials to service technicians, installers, and customers.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchases to maintain adequate stock.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and shipping errors.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Coordinate deliveries and transportation logistics with vendors and customers.
• Operate and oversee the safe use of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Review warehouse processes and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, operations, and accounting departments.
• Prepare and submit warehouse reports related to inventory, productivity, and performance metrics.
