Job summary

A&R Supply in South Florida is seeking a skilled HVAC Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with service technicians and customers, ensure safety, and drive process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Experience in HVAC, construction, plumbing, electrical, or distribution industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to operate forklifts and maintain certification if required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Coordinate timely receipt and distribution of materials to service technicians, installers, and customers.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchases to maintain adequate stock.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and shipping errors.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Coordinate deliveries and transportation logistics with vendors and customers.
• Operate and oversee the safe use of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Review warehouse processes and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, operations, and accounting departments.
• Prepare and submit warehouse reports related to inventory, productivity, and performance metrics.

Position Summary
