Responsibilities

• Receive and stock daily product transfers into designated warehouse locations.
• Operate a forklift (certification training provided).

• Count stock and assist with inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

About the Role: The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing products for delivery while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work in a fast-moving setting. You will work closely with warehouse and counter sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and stock daily product transfers into designated warehouse locations
• Operate a forklift (certification training provided)
• Assist counter sales with pulling orders and loading customer vehicles
• Prepare orders for shipment
• Count stock and assist with inventory management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Experience

• Understanding of technology and machinery used to transport and store materials
• Comfortable using computers and warehouse systems
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and customer service
• Prior experience with UPS and FedEx systems is a plus

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in the HVAC field

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Regular lifting, standing, walking, climbing, bending, pulling, pushing, stooping, and carrying Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Must be able to safely operate forklift equipment

Estimated Salary

$90-100k /yr. with flexibility based on experience and skills.
