Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Merchandise Handler in Columbus, OH to support inventory flow using SOPs and basic machinery. The role involves manual labor, accuracy with orders, and adherence to safety standards in a controlled environment.

The base salary starts at $17.50 per hour, with benefits including holidays from day one, a 40% brand discount, a referral bonus, and mental health support. Prior warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in distribution or warehouse is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify and fulfill orders using basic math and inventory controls.
• Operate WMS and RF scanners to complete duties accurately.
• Move and transport inventory with non-motorized equipment.
• Open containers, store materials, and document handling activities.
• Maintain safety protocols and work in a temperature-controlled environment.
• Stand for long shifts and multitask across tasks.
