Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a warehouse associate responsible for efficiently loading outbound shipments onto trailers in our distribution center. The role requires safety-conscious handling, accurate matching and sorting of merchandise, and the ability to operate WMS and RF scanners.

Base pay is $19.00 per hour. Candidates should be able to work mandatory overtime, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive lifting up to 75 lbs while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Distribution Center.
• Prior outbound loading experience in a DC is a plus.
• Flexibility to transition between different job functions based on business needs.
• Ability to work mandatory overtime as required.
• Meet productivity standards after training.
• Strong teamwork to support warehouse operations.
• Adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Load outbound shipments onto trailers and conveyors.
• Perform frequent carton handling and lifting up to 75 lbs (34 kg).
• Operate and understand Warehouse Management System (WMS), RF scanners, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Match and sort merchandise according to guidelines with attention to detail.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
