Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is hiring a Merchandise Processor to accurately pick, pack, and ship inventory in our distribution center in Reynoldsburg, OH.

The base salary is $17.00/hr, with benefits such as paid holidays from day one, a 40% discount on all brands, a temperature-controlled environment, a $200 referral bonus, and mental health support through EAP. Responsibilities include following SOPs, performing precise counts, using RF scanners and WMS, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior distribution/warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to accurately count, pick, pull, and pack inventory.
• Apply basic math to verify quantities and fulfill orders.
• Operate WMS, RF scanner, and related devices to track inventory in the DC.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Lift and move cases and cartons as required by the shift.
• Be flexible to work in other DC areas when needed.
