Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse Picker in Ohio. The role involves transferring inventory to defined pick locations, preparing orders for mass retail, stocking and restocking parts, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

You will operate Walkie Rider, Stacker and Tugger equipment, perform daily inspections, and use an RF gun to track parts. Candidates should lift 40 pounds and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to operate or train on Walkie Rider, Stacker and Tugger.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds consistently and perform daily inspections.
• Ability to use an RF gun and follow written/verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Transfer inventory to pick locations and process mass retail orders.
• Stock parts and maintain shelf inventory in PND locations.
• Ensure 6S in pick zones and safe operation of equipment.
• Accurately pick/pack correct quantities for each order and document with RF gun.
• Cross train across Distribution areas and assist as needed.
