Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle receiving, shipping, and inventory management for our Massachusetts facility.

You will coordinate customer pickups with the Field Sales Representative and ensure accurate inventory records while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse. The role requires a High School Diploma, 5+ years of warehouse experience, and the ability to operate a forklift and shrink-wrapping equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of warehouse experience.
• Proficient with basic warehouse systems and computers.
• Able to operate forklift and shrink-wrapping machine.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive stocking orders, stage inventory, and coordinate outbound shipments.
• Warehouse receiving, shipping, customer pick-ups, and inventory management.
• Coordinate customer pickups with Field Sales Representative for local customers.
• Manage inventory transactions and paperwork for receiving and shipping inventory.
• Prepare rental equipment when required.
• Pack special assortment products when required.
• Keep warehouse orderly, organized, and clean.
• Other duties as assigned.
