Job summary

Goode Company in Texas is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, staging, and cross-team communication to ensure timely movement of products.

Your role will emphasize accuracy and organization, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating with production, drivers, and customer service to resolve shortages and delays. Forklift certification may be required and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, shipping, commissary, or comparable coordination experience.
• Strong accuracy, organization, prioritization, and communication.
• Comfort using inventory, shipping, spreadsheet, or enterprise systems.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with several teams.
• Forklift or powered equipment certification requirements must be confirmed by Operations/P&C.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, label, store, pick, pack, stage, and document products and supplies.
• Coordinate daily priorities and communicate exceptions before they delay production or fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory records, rotation, location accuracy, and orderly storage areas.
• Coordinate order priorities and handoffs with production, drivers, restaurants, catering, and customer service teams.
• Research shortages, damages, substitutions, and count differences and communicate findings.
• Prepare shipping or transfer documents and update shared systems accurately.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and inspect equipment before use.
