Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Hawaii is seeking an Inventory Clerk to assist in planning, preparation, and placement of approved orders, track and expedite orders, adjust book inventories, and review daily quantities. You will coordinate trucking and rail transport to minimize costs and ensure timely receipt.

The role is full-time in Hilo, with pay ranging from $22.00 to $27.00 per hour, opportunities for overtime, and potential for annual pay increases and professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and data entry skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, preparation, and placement of approved orders with suppliers.
• Track and expedite orders, adjust inventories, and review daily quantities.
• Report daily inventory levels and generate monthly sales/inventory reports.
• Input required information into the computer and maintain records.
• Coordinate trucking and rail transportation to minimize costs and ensure timely receipt.
• Support the Inventory Manager with purchasing and supplier communications.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, preparation, and placement of approved orders, making timely adjustments with suppliers

• Track and expedite orders, adjust book inventories, and review daily quantities

• Report daily inventory levels, generate monthly sales and inventory reports, and input required information into the computer

• Coordinate trucking and rail transportation of product orders to minimize costs and ensure timely receipt

• Support the Inventory Manager in purchasing and communicating with beverage product suppliers, including planning, preparing, and placing purchase orders approved by the Vice President of Operations

• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience
