Caroll Water is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, purchasing, and material distribution in Chantilly, VA. The role supports service, installation, drilling, and pump teams with parts and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain warehouse and yard inventory.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control systems.
• Coordinate deliveries and schedules with vendors and manufacturers.
• Ensure technicians have materials and equipment for scheduled work.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
