Job summary

Parker and Sons in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Auditor to ensure stock accuracy and balance system counts with physical counts. The role includes cycle counts, processing of receipts, transfers, and issues in a dynamic environment.

The position requires strong communication, math skills, and proficiency with inventory systems. Forklift operation is needed occasionally; expected to work a Monday-Friday shift in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Service Titan a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel & SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of incoming truck stock inventory.
• Establish backup sources of inventory across locations.
• Provide inventory reports to Purchasing and Inventory Control Managers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, delivery personnel, and coworkers.
• Maintain daily records of goods received and transfers.
• Organize unassigned fleet vehicles on the property.
• Clean, stock, and prep unassigned fleet vehicles.
• Utilize inventory data in Service Titan.
• Conduct spot and partial audits of inventory.
• Assist with periodic physical inventory audits.
• Operate forklift when necessary.
• Perform other related duties as requested.
