Job summary

Staples Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, NC to support inventory control and warehouse clerical tasks. You may be assigned to Warehouse Inventory Control or Warehouse Clerk roles, moving products with material handling equipment while following safety protocols.

The role requires physical ability to lift heavy items, operate at heights, and learn WMS systems. OT is mandatory; the team values teamwork and safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug screen where allowed by law.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Lift 70–100 pounds manually.
• Work at heights up to 60 feet.
• Wear safety composite work shoes.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and other MHE to move product.
• Maintain inventory records to minimize discrepancies.
• Communicate with internal/external contacts to resolve issues.
• Adhere to safety procedures.
